Body Awareness Center
7835 Harwood Ave, Wauwatosa, WI 53213,
414-347-1865
In 1994 Jill Seebantz began her career as a Massage Therapist. Over the next ten years, she expanded her craft to include many different modalities, earning the title of Master BodyWorker.
Her practice led her to study our relationship with food and our digestive system. She completed studies with Dr. Christopher’s School of Natural Healing, BioEnergetic Medicine, EAV, Colon Hydrotherapy, and the Science and Benefits of Raw Nutrition and Holistic Health Coach for the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is a Certified Raw Food Chef and Educator in Gut Health Programs and offers classes, private consulting and training programs.
At 45, while confronting her own health and lifestyle challenges and realizing the second half of her life was beginning NOW, a new journey emerged. Not only did she act on her life dreams of owning and riding a Harley Davidson, but at 50 she started downhill skiing, whitewater rafting, kayaking and exploring distant lands. Jill decided age was not going to hold her back from achieving her dreams. Now at 62, she is happily creating more adventures, leaning into new challenges and fulfilling life dreams with passion and vitality.
Jill has completed extensive personal development and leadership training, her most recent being the Get Set Method, a certification in applying the Law of Attraction and High-Performance Club. As a Radical Wellness and Mindset Coach, she looks for the root foundation to locate where each individual’s healing begins, adopting a functional medicine approach based on her philosophy: “The way the body is designed is the way it heals.”
Jill firmly believes, “We are designed for Radical Wellness.”
