It is a game changer in my bio hacking adventure. It’s a step equal to intermittent fasting and bulletproof coffee, but is condensed into weeks rather than months to see significant results. I do five minutes every morning after a sauna, and then row 2 km. That is a recipe for success for anyone, hoping to improve every aspect of their life. Five minutes of condensed meditation in the cold plunge is enough to reset my perspective on life, and improve my reactivity, and all situations that were previously unfavorable

The Mod cold plunge is awesome! Great value for the price. We have had it a few months now (it's in our basement) and have no complaints. It's a great size, temperature of the water is accurate according to the chiller settings, and the attached lid makes it easy to keep clean and sealed which is great with little kids running around our house. We have changed the filter once, and I'm sure it varies on how often you need to do this depending on your local water. I would definitely recommend this plunge to anyone, especially if you are on a budget and don't want to spend $10,000 on a plunge.

I was skeptical at first - the price of the Modtub was very competitive to others online. And looked way better. I was very pleased to learn this group is based in Texas. It took about 6 weeks to get my tub in. Setup took less than 30 min and I’ve been enjoying cold tubs ever since! Couldn’t be happier with this product. The fact that the cooler seals means the chiller barely runs once up to temp.

Cold plunge store was great, they kept me informed during shipping delays. The instructions and set up were super easy. The tub does not get as cold as it says on the pump but I bought the cheapest pump and should have spent more on more horsepower.

Amazing! I have the Mod Plunge and it’s a game changer especially in Pennsylvania. I love that it’s tough, durable, self regulated and affordable. After beating cancer it was time to make changes and this was the final piece needed to complete my gym and help improve my health and well being. Also Dakota and his team are rockstars, I’ve called a couple different times with basic questions and they have gone above and beyond to support me. I’ve had my Modtub for about a year now, it’s paid for itself 10 times over. I use it every day. It’s hard to find cost-effective, clean and modern solutions in this cold plunge world that won’t run you 10 grand. First thing in the morning. Better than coffee! PS - I’m 6’2”/205lb it’s an easy fit
